Upgrading Raid 1 drives on a Dell Dimension 5150/E510 System

Hello Dell Community,

I have a Dell Dimension 5150/E510 XP System with two 80 gigabyte drives running Raid 1.  I would like to replace the two 80 gigabyte drives with two 250 gigabyte drives.  What is the correct process? 

Can I just remove one of the 80 gigabyte drives and replace it with a new 250 gigabyte drive and let the raid software rebuild the new drive and then replace the remaining 80 gigabyte drive with the second 250 gigabyte drive and again let the raid software rebuild on that drive?
