Using A960 with remote desktop

Hi,

 

    One of our salesmen has an A960 all in one.  We use Terminal Server (Remote Desktop) for the remote users to enter expenses, etc.  Normally, I can install the printer drivers on the terminal server and then their local pronters show up for them to print.  The A960 will not let me install the drivers on the server since it is not connected to it.  Is there any way to install the drivers without it being connected?
