Video card choice

Can anyone recommend between the 256MB Nvidia GeForce 7800GTX and the Dual 256MB PCI Express x16 nVidia GeForce 6800 for gaming?

Another vote for the single 7800GTX  256MB.

yeah if you can wait for the 7900 series, won't be much performance difference but should be cheaper and the 7900GT should work out for you.

Here is how my systems compared Dell's 6800 GTO vs Dell's 7800 GTO
Bottom Line Both cards get the job done. But the 7800 is basicly twice as fast.

XPS600 3.2Ghz Pentium D Ext Edition with Dual Core

2 GB memory
