Vostro 360 Sleep Shut down Problems, Wakes Immediately

Hi everyone, I have a Vostro 360 All In One i5 which was originally on Windows 7 and now upgraded to Windows 10. Since the upgrade, whenever I press the sleep or  button, the computer does try to sleep or shut down but then immediately wakes back up. I have updated the bios to A10 and the intel management interface is  running 11.0.0.1157, The system will only shutdown properly when I press the power button for a few seconds. I have googled the problem but none of the fixes seem to work. and cannot find any other Vostro 360 users with a similar issue.

Can anyone help please?
