WINDOWS 10 PROBLEM

My INSPIRON 5348 . I upgraded to windows 10. Now my computer will not recognize another monitor like it did before . Through the HDMI port

Open Display Settings by right clicking on the Desktop. Choose Detect and set it up again. See this--

THIS I TRIED LONG AGO.THE COMPUTER LITERALLY DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE OTHER MONITER.

Not seeing the other monitor is due to DRIVERS for the video being the Generic VGA driver and not the actual video.  Windows 10 in particular is very picky about OEM Video Drivers.

You would have to install the drivers for your system

HOWEVER if windows 10 is not supported on your system there won't be any help if you install drivers and sometime down the road windows update kills your screen with black screen of death.

THANK-YOU for getting back.My computer accepted the AMD RADEON,though not the other package.From what I know about my computer my drivers are up to date.

Also the original problem is still there.
