Where Do I download video drivers for a PNY Verto 9600 GSO?

I can't seem to locate the appropriate drivers for a PNY Verto 9600 GSO graphics card running on a Dell XPS 420 Windows XP pro system. Any help? PNY.com offers nothing and neither do Geforce or Nvidia. Dell doesnt seem to have a driver that would work either. Any suggestions or recommendations? Thank.

Also, I purchased my system used with a 375 watt power supply unit and realized later that the seller installed a graphics card that requires a minimum of 400 watt power supply. Is this a problem?
