Which 2gb ram is better for XPS420

Hi, I have a XPS420 and one of the two 2gb ram banks I purchased 3 years ago doesn't work anymore. 

So, I've found two cheap substitutes which have the same features of the still working ram bank.

They are a Kingston ValueRam, KVR800D2N6/2G, and a Crucial ram bank, CT1167038.

The first ram bank has a lifetime warranty, the second one has a 5 years warranty.

The second is lightly cheaper then the first one.

Moreover, the Crucial ram bank is certificated for XPS420 and the Kingston one is not(it is a generical ram bank).

My question is: which is the best ram bank between the two? :emotion-40:
