Which Processors Supported by the Dimension E520 Mobo?
Hey,
Could someone please tell me which cpus the Dimension E520 mobo supports (i got the computer in may 2007, telling u guys this just incase dell changed something). I want to upgrade from a Core 2 Duo E6400 to a Q6600 or an E6600 or something.
Any help appreciated, thanks!!

Your board supports a 1066 FSB, (call Dell about quadcore and 45 nm technology) if supported you could upgrade to a Q6700 or an e7400 if 45nm is supported but not quadcore, otherwise an e6700 is the top dog for your motherboard.
