Will my PSU be enough to power the GPU?
The GPU I am looking at says it requires a 300W & 18amps. Max power is 55 watts.
I am just wondering if my default Dell Inspiron 620 PSU will have enough amps.
Here is a picture of the label on my PSU

What GPU is it??

The 300w DELL PSU from photobucket wont hack it with just 17amps, that PSU was rated for everything factory that came with the unit originally.
450+ watts with +12V@37A and modular so you can do without some cables clearing up air space for heat venting. Also some video cards require PCIe power dedicated to just the card. This should handle the 55 watts max it will need to fun at it best performance.

Cards like that are Too long to fit into Inspiron 620 and too wide to fit into ANY optiplex.
12 inch long cards are completely out of the question. 8.5 inches tends to be the max length. Cards that have 6 pin or 6pin and 8 pin connectors require 750W EPS 12v 2.92 or better power supplies.
This card is the 2 GIG version of 560 TI and it has 2 fans and is 12 inches long and DOES NOT FIT.
