Will this PSU work with XPS 420?

Will the PC Power & Cooling S61EPS 610W PSU (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703005) work in my XPS 420?

I want to upgrade to a GTX280 and know the stock 375W psu won't cut it.  I have seen the PC Power & Cooling 500D recommended here but don't think that's going to be enough for the GTX280, either.  From what I've read that card needs 550W minimum system PSU and at least 40 amps on the 12v rail(s).  If this 610W unit will fit I know it will power the card.

You know what, I didn't even notice that one is an EPS12V PSU.  I guess that answers my question.

Does anyone have any recommendations besides that 500D that will power a GTX280?

Thanks for the help, contrvlr.  I was just looking at that Corsair and will probably order it tomorrow.  650w and a 52a 12v rail will be plenty for my system.

EPS12v is compatible with ATX12v, it just means that it has an 8 pin cpu connector as well as the 4 pin, what it doesn't have is the 8 pin pcie connector required for a GTX280.

This Corsair does, and is similarly priced
