Win TV
I have an XPS800 and thinking about buying the XPS 8500 my 8000 has a Haauppauge Win TV HUR-1200. Going through the spec of the 8500 there does not seem to be an option to buy a TV card or a dedicated sound card. Should I put my Haauppauge tv card in the 8500 or would it not fit?

So you cannot add the PCI slot Haauppauge Win TV HUR-1200 to the XPS 8500. You will need to purchase a PCIe x1 slot TV card. Something like this: http://dell.to/XPnfu4 (Win TV-HVR-1800 PCI Exress X1). Or check locally for a PCIe x1 TV card.
