Windows 7 does not boot after Power Supply replacement
after power supply failure, my T5400 has been down for a month. Got new power supply unit, during first boot BIOS gave some info about some changes. Set date and time. Boot again and Windows does not start up. During black screen and those colorful dots going round it shuts down and restarts. Windows 7 repair tool rebooted six times and did not help. How to find the cause? Is that some error info in some log file?

Hi Hundredcaws,
Please try booting to a different device, such as a bootable flash drive or CD.

Sounds like the power supply is fine. Time to look at the hard drive.
