Wireless Logitech keyboard stops respondly frequently.

The problem just started about a month ago. The keyboard stops responding for a minutes or more frequently. I got the newest version of Set Point from Logitech. I installed a new keyboard and mouse combination. I changed the USB Port of the receiver, but it still stops responding. I've ran multiple diagnostic programs with no help.  I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate on a Precision T7610.
