Look - don't hold your breath for any dramatic improvements to the support you will receive.  I spent 100 minutes total last week just trying to return two bad motherboards.

Anyway, I know the cost of the BLACK Clear X-View side panel; don't have a coronary!!

With everything considered i can not believe it cost 695 dollars to create a side panel even the rep i got today was american "thank god" started to laugh and tell me i didnt want it before he told me the price. I just dont understand. Has anyone had better luck with better pricing than this.

lol at even their own reps being realistic.

I assume its dollars which means its basically around £350 over here then, so what the heck Dell?

XPS 720s are old systems now, and with the mess about it takes to even get information about one, (nm actually aquire it) then they certainly are NOT worth that price.

I'm suprised they make any sales at all on these. :/

I mean seriously, theyre old systems, around £100-150 should be the max price nowdays for just a side panel, especially when we've paid over £3k for the system already.
