XPS 420 9800 GT design specs

Hi all,

I have an XPS 420 with Q6600 and 9800GT video card.  My temperature monitoring software indicates that the video card idles at 60 degrees celcius, and increases to above 90 degrees under load, which concerns me.

I'm not interested in overclocking the machine or card, but would like to decrease both the idle and under load temps to a more reasonable level, and was considering the Thermalright HR-03 GT with a quiet Noctua NF-B9.

My question:

Does the 9800 GT card used in the XPS420 meet the Nvidia reference mechanical layout (ie does it have standard holes around the GPU to attach the cooler to), and overall, can I fit this cooler and fan to my card? The Thermalright website extended compatability list indicates 9800GT cards meeting the standard will accept this cooler.

Any help / info much appreciated.
