XPS 420 MOD

Sorry for double-posting, but  I thought it would be more senseful to post again in XPS Club.

1.   I just bought a XPS 700 case for may 420 (it looks greate.

2.    Now the problem. I didn't get the CPU cooler fitting into the case, because I couldn't find a spot where it could be fasted. so I think of ordering a XPS 700 Heatsink, because it's only one part (the heatsink and the cooler), while the one out of the 420 contains 2 parts (Heatsink and a seperat cooler).

Now the important question, Does the one out of the 700 will fit onto my XPS 420 board???
