XPS 420 and Dell Premium Remote (w/ the LCD)
Hey All,
I was recently shipped a Dell Premium Remote from Dell as compensation for all the troubles they've caused me. It works perfectly with Vista Media Center Edition, except the music listing on the LCD screen doesn't work. It says I need a tray app running, but it didn't come with a driver CD and I can't find any on the Dell website (looking for both the XPS 420 I have and the M2010 the remote ships with). Does anyone know anything about this?
Also, does anyone know how to configure the remote to control other devices? I want to be able to turn on and off my TV through IR, and control the volume of my H/K Amp, and if I can, cycle through A/V sources as well - nothing more. Has anyone gotten this to work? Dell didn't ship instructions with the remote and I can't find them online...
