XPS 630 Shuts off for no reason

I've had my 630 for about 3 months now and ever since I first got it, it'll just shut off. No warning given, nothing, it just turns off. This can be when I'm using it or not. I do notice though the fans do not spin up when I use it heavily, not sure if there is another problem or not. Any sugestions?

I haven't tried stressing my PC unduly (most intensive work I do is Video rendering), so I don't know if the fan controls work properly. For the Chassis, is it set on automatic fan control?

Another possibility: Have you overclocked? If so try going back to stock settings, your OC configuration might not be stable.

Most probably overheating.

Open the box and remove any dust. Check the fans are working.

Monitor your temperatures (I use Everest Ultimate (a few $), but there are other free apps also).

Increase the CPU and/or GPU fan speed using NVidia control panel.

Itsn't the nivida thingy suppose to increase the fan speed automaticly based on the current temp? I can play a blu-ray movie for 3 hours straight and it runs fine, start up say Dark Space - I get about 5 mins, this is from starting it after turning the pc on from being off all night.
