XPS 700 Motherboard Exchange Program

I just finally reliezed after seeing some blog postings this past month that I never got a notification of this program.  I purchased my XPS 700 back in the fall of 2006.  It is still under warranty and I would like to upgrade my CPU, but the current motherboard I have will not allow it.

What are my optoins?
