XPS 710 H2C QX6700 running hot

The processor temps in my system have increased from 28 c at idle and the mid to high 40's under load to 50c at idle and the mid to high 60's under load.  I noticed some dust clogging the intake of the H2C unit and vacuumed it off but it didn't improve the temps. Does anyone have any ideas? Temps taken with Realtemp.
