XPS 8500, Orange Blinking Light, 2 Short Beeps - Doesn't BOOT
I have a DELL XPS 8500 purchased in 2013
Last week, I powered down the PC and switched it back on after 2 days.
PC doesn't boot up and the power button starts blinking ORANGE with 2 beeps with a half second gap then 2 beeps again.
I have checked through the forums and found out that from a lot of them were referring to Memory not being detected. So, I changed the RAM to different slots and tried with other working RAM sticks. Still the same result.
Is there anything else that I need to look at?

Hello Hema, tried one memory at a time. No luck.
Yes, I have an additional graphics card, tried with removing that too.

Hello SpeedStep,
I have a new power supply now, but it's still the same. Blinking Orange Light combined with 2 beeps.
I can see the LED on the Motherboard lit up earlier too and it's the same now as well. Processor fan spins with no problem. I have tried moving RAM into different slots and with different working RAM too. No luck.
Removed the additional graphics card also and tried.
Anything else I am not looking at? I can provide the Service Tag if it can make it easy.
