XPS 8700 BIOS Boot Tab Settings after Converting Disk From MBR to GPT (w EFI partition)
I recently converted my XPS 8700 with A11 BIOS (Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) Desktop Disks from MBR to GPT using Microsoft MBR2GPT. After that, I switched the BIOS TAB Boot Mode From Legacy to UEFI. Should/Could other Boot BIOS setings be changed?
Here are the availabe BIOS Boot TAB Options with the current selections marked with a :emotion-42:.

MBR2GPT.EXE does not update mass storage controllers from Other hardware/bios into the windows registry to boot Secure boot UEFI.
You would have to reinstall windows.
The 8700 is UEFI bios so there would not have been any MBR boot partitions. ON EFI systems GPT is required.

My Primary Drive has three partitions: Recovery - 21.57 GB, EFI Systems Partition - 100MB and OS (C:) - 909.84GB. PC Booth both from UEFI: Windows Manager and UEFI DVDs. My question deals with which, if an,y of the BIOS Boot Menu TAB Options should or could be changed to improve performance in the UEFI POST/Windows 10 Pro Boot process.

There are no "performance" parameters in the uefi bios or csm bios boot tab. There is no such setting.
Intel RST vs AHCI vs ATA make a difference but that has to do with Class 0 or Class 1 BIOS not Class 2.31 CSM vs UEFI.
If ATA and MBR were still alllowed you could install MSDOS , WIN95, WIN98, WINME, 2000, XP.
Because BIOS and INT13 DOS extensions and 2TB 512e with MBR are not allowed this is NEVER possible. This is also why you cannot install bootable XP on GPT partitions or partitions beyond 2TB.
