XPS 8700 and GTX Titan X

Hello,

I am planning to upgrade my XPS 8700 with a GTX Titan X. Has anyone done this?

I have seen people being successful with the GTX 980 Ti in this post, so my first thought was that the Titan X should work as well. However, someone has reported this problem with the Titan X, which made me doubtful.

Also, which PSU would you recommend for this GPU?
