Zotac graphics card
I installed a Zotac graphics card (PhysX by Nvidia). It instructed me to disable the on-board card in my Inspiron 530/540 series desktop. How do I do this? Help!

Install the new PCI x16 card and connect your monitor to the new video card.
After the 530/540 boots up, install your new video drivers and you should be fine. There's no need to disable anything, the system will automaticaly disable the integrated graphics, when it senses a video card is installed
