It could be the graphics card, or the memory, or the sound.  I'm confused with what they mean reset to the default settings.  If you really don't know as much as you claim, you wouldn't have changed it from the default setting.  :smileywink:

It could also be that Limewire is the problem.  You do realize that is is full of adaware, malware, and other bad things.

that was my thinking how would the default setting get changed...i realize now that limewire is loaded with bad stuff so what would be a good music downloading program...and i really am a computer dummie but i am learning fast...think i will just delete limewire??

You really need to read the news.  The recording industry is sueing people by the hundreds, if not thousands by now, for downloading music.  Everyone is settling for an average of 5,000 each.  That may not sound like a big odds, but it could happen.  The penalty can be 250,000.00 for EACH song.

I use this: http://www.napster.com Napster To Go.  If you get an approved mp3 player, you can download the songs and transfer them to the mp3 player.

So, if I bought the Limewire program and what I thought was the privilege to download some music, I was ripped off?
