computer monitor
I was given a Dell dimension 9200 but no monitor but the monitor i have doesn't fit the dell, do i need a special monitor or can i go to a computer store and get a different cable to fit

Hi kim333,
The XPS 410 / Dimension 9200 system uses a single PCI Express x16 video card instead of an integrated video solution. Please let me know the ports on the monitor and on the rear of the system tower.
In some cases (like DVI to VGA), you can simply buy a converter cable and should be able to use the monitor however, in cases where the output is analogue and input is digital, you may have to buy a video signal converter to be able to use monitor.
Please reply with information.
