dell3020 sff boot up problems
hi all
i was going to sell this computer but i decided to keep it. so ran the dell test to make sure everything was fine before i decided to sell it on. Everything fine. Ive now decided to keep it plugged everything in as per normal into the usb ports.but now none of usb ports are working at all. so no keyboard mouse etc.
i must also point out that i've added a usb 3.0 card.
the computer starts - but all i get is the dell logo. the computer is hooked up by HDMI to my tv.
what have i done wrong. how do i fix it.

Thanks for writing to us.
Did the issue start post adding the USB 3.0 Card? If yes, then pleas remove the card and test it.
Was the machine always connected to a TV?
Please disconnect all the peripherals and hold down the power button for 20 secs to release the static power and then plug all and try to power on the machine.
If still the same. remove the memory modules and try with one module at a time.
