dimension 8400 won't boot

I recently went through and cleaned all the dust out of my case and off all the hardware and when i went to start back up the screen shows " A67611 RV530PRO BIOS DDR2 500e/400m" and it won't respond to any keystrokes.  On the back - the LED lights are all green except for the "D" it is orange.

did i unplug something or maybe really mess up the system?

any help would be appreciated.

GGGY means another failure has occurred.

See here <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>

Open the case and check all the power and data cable connectors to the drives and the motherboard, by removing and reinstalling them and see this corrects the problem.

Have you checked the cables and tried reseating the memory?

Run Dell diagnostics extended test, "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_AREA" errors are often connected to memory.

See here.

The directions for using the Dell Diagnostics Utility are here

I am apparently having a similar problem.  I recently moved and when I went to boot up my desktop the keyboard does not respond.  Only thing that pops up immediately on the screen is 'A67611 RV530PRO TEST BIOS DDR2 500e/400m'    This has been a really nice desktop until now.  I was wondering if it is a bad motherboard or bad video card.  The hard drive is fairly new and had been working just fine.  Running Windows XP.  Everything has been pulled and reseated (including the mother board).  Error pops up as soon as you hit the power button.  Fans are all working and no unusual beeping or clicking noises.  Also note there is a green light that shows on the mother board.  HELP PLZ!
