distortion
Have grey screen instead of black upon startup. Also have distorted desktop screen and grey distorted screens on line or off. Can anyone help please. Suspecting video card. Have Dell Demension 2350. Thanks to all.

Hey Howardlee, do you have another GPU that you can test in your Dem 2350 or do you have another computer that you can put your GPU into and see what the results are? That is a quick test, but from your description, it sounds like your card is fried. No changes just prior to this issue, like a Windows update or graphics card update? If the unit is still under warranty, call Dell Tech Support and follow their directions so you can get a replacement.
