fixed ITHR boot up problem on my dimension 4700!

My computer stopped booting up. I tried all the ways everyone said, but would not correct the problem. I put a new battery in, pulled the heat sink and cleaned thoughly. Then pulled the processor and cleaned it too. I put it all back together, turned on the power and it start up!
