missing file

Can anyone help me, I am downloading a program and it says that I am missing the setup.ins file. Is there somewhere in the DELL downloads that I can find this?

Unlike .dll files, which are used by many programs, .ins files are specific to the software that they come with, so it is unlikely that you would find them from any download site other than the one from which you are getting the software you are trying to install.
