You can edit out about 95% of your specs please,  your graphics is an 82865G series graphics contoller it is obsolete. the latest and greatest drivers even from intel were last put out in 2005 see HERE

Your only option at this juncture would be to go with a dedicated graphics card.

What is your system model?

You're trying to run that on what looks like old on-board graphics.  Go out and get a good graphics card.  Spore is pretty high intensity graphics.  You can update drivers forever and it won't matter.  You may not like having to buy a card but trust me, as a huge gamer, a dedicated video card is the only way to go.  You don't need to break the bank either but don't run out and get the cheapest card you can.  The difference between an Nvidia 6 series and 8 series is about $25-$35 but the performance difference is worth it.

i feel kind of stupid but, how do you find what your system model is?

hey,

thnx for the help. sorry for all that stuff on the top but i am new to the forms thing and i cant figure out how to get rid of it. (i am sure ill find out eventually)i do have a old xp but i dont know where to buy a graphic card. and even if i did i am not to techy when it comes to installing stuff. i am debating on buying a new computer but i dont have the funds right now. the spore support looked at my card and said that all i needed to do was update the graphics card but i dont think that will work now. do you know how much a good graphics card would be?  i can see the difference in totals but i dont know how much the total is. i mainly need some advice on if i should buy a computer or a graphics card.

thanks for responding.:emotion-1:

Sorry it took so long but under device manager , under System , you can view the properties which will tell you the system model.  All that matters mostly is what CPU you have.

Below each of your posts, are various options - one of which is 'Edit'.

When you click 'Edit', it re-opens the post, after which you can delete the offending text :emotion-2:
