no sound

I have Studio Desktop Slim 540s. I moved it from 1 room to another. I lost my sound what could have caused this problem. I just need help on trying to find the problem. Any suggestion what may have caused this?

Hi julie8548,

Please share the Operating System installed. Please check the Audio Jacks, Speakers and audio cables for any damage, if there is no damage, make sure the speakers are connected properly. Run the Windows Audio Playback Diagnose and Repair from the below MS FIX-IT:
