operating 500 sc server

i want to go to dual core in an upgrade.

I am guessing this mother board : 3J283 / 6M131 will not accommodate a dual core processor

I am willing to pay a technician to replace the operable MB [and sell it?]

can the housing and other components "marry" a 1600 sc so that I can upgrade IT to a dual core 3.4?
