power button stuck/inoperable on Inspiron 537

The power button is stuck and system will not turn on.   What is the possible problem?  Is this an easy fix?  Can I buy the power button and replace it myself?

Either there is nothing wrong with the power button and the power supply is dead. Or one or more of the button pieces is broken.  A button and switch and the front panel which is plastic. The actuator is on the front Faceplate and is clear plastic.
