question on powersupply upgrade of precision 390
i've got a Dell Precision 390 which runs on E6300 and comes with SCSI 15k rpm harddrive with ATi Fire GL v3400. i already purchased intel q6600 and nvidia GTS 250 1GB to replace the stock processor and videocard and i believe the psu needs to be upgraded to about 500W-600W (just a safe speculation).
do you know of any powersupply that works with precision 390? i am not so sure if the stock 375w PSU can carry the load of the upgraded proc and videocard.. though i havent tried putting in the upgrades yet... is the stock psu that comes with this dell precision 390 desktop ATX compatible??? i dont have any technical information with this... i plan to buy aftermarket atx psu but i am also having 2nd thoughts of what if it wont work and this is the main reason why i came to this forum.... by the way, i currently lived in Saudi Arabia and i dont have all the access of buying online so i prefer to buy standard atx psu.. before that i want to know if anyone have tried this so i wont be wasting my penny.
hope you can help me...

could you please repost the literature about the Precision 390 being ATX compatible. your original link no longer works and I have seen differing information on non-Dell sites

ATX and EPS are not mutually exclusive. A $20 diablotek power supply is not going to be sufficient.
You can buy supplies that are ATX 2.4 compliant as well as EPS 12v certified.
