question regarding my dual monitors

I have a primary monitor (Acer p241w 24") and another monitor i got (Acer x203h 20") so i could multi task while i was gaming and on the internet.  Well the setup works great on games that can be played in a windowed mode, but for battlefield that can be the alternate screen freezes as the battlefield launches and if i move the mouse over to the other screen and click back on it the media player comes back up and the game moves to the start bar in the other window lol. Very annoying.  The media player never stops lpaying whatever it is either y ou just cant see whats going on.  Any help would be great.  I set up the monitors to run independantly with the nVidia settings.  I dont see an upload option anymore so i will paste some of my dxdiag here
