(redirected) Computer not turning on

I have an Aurora R2 and when I turn on the power it won't turn on unless I disconnect the power cable for like 30 minutes. I usually here a click sound when I try turning it on and then nothing happens after that.

Is this a power supply issue? Where can I go to replace it? If that is the case.
