reset the BIOS password on Dell OptiPlex 390

Hi,

I was giving a corporate pc to my personal use and I  mistakenly create a password in Bios. Every time I start the computer I have to login on Dell secure manager window on that password if I want to start the pc. I create the password over Security Admins & system password. How do I reset that without doing all the pw jumper stuff over the motherboard? Is an old pc, but runs pretty good.
