sata port speed - optiplex gx620
We've got an optiplex gx620. I just got a sata hdd - samsung sp2504c. It runs at 300mbps. I'm wondering if the optiplex supports this speed? I checked the manuals and didn't see anything about it.

The OptiPlex GX620 supports SATA II technology with a bandwidth throughput up to 300MB/s. Native Command Queuing (NCQ) is not supported on the GX620, however, because the ICH7 does not support it. The BIOS reports the drive link speed on the Drive Information screen to help users determine the type of drive they have. A link speed of 1.5Gb/s indicates SATA I, and a link speed of 3.0Gb/s indicates SATA II.
