How do I accomplish this?

windows 10 home, i did that earlier and am just waiting and hoping that it doesn't shut off now

Set it to sleep or hibernate after X minutes of no activity...
What version of Windows?

If it's shutting off "randomly" you have a problem that setting it to sleep or hibernate won't solve...
