teac ca200 hh13-1 Card Reader Not Recognized
Have a vista box that all of a sudden will not recognize the teac ca200 hh13-1 card reader which came with my dell. I've tried updating the latest driver and it does no good. I took the box apart and checked the wiring... all seems fine. The green light blinks once at boot up and that's about it. On the usb list of running devices it says "usb device not recognized"
Anyone have any clues to what happened? Do these just go bad?

Having read through some more threads about this issue I came across
one that mentioned the installation of Acronis....which I had done
recently!!! The advice was to uninstall this, re-boot & see what
happened!!
