The CPU does not meet miniumum requirements. Replacing the GPU in this case is not fixing that.

CPU GPU and Ram DO NOT Meet Minimum Requirements.

Thanks for your reply :
I have a Dell vostro 230 MT , not 230S and i m sorry , because i didn't say which one
as i said earlier ,
- CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93GHz
- RAM : 2.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 532MHz ( i m going to add another one so it will become 4 gb RAM)
- Graphic Card : NVIDIA GeForce 210
can i change the nividia geoforce 210 with a nividia GT610 ? does GT610 work with Core 2 Duo ? should i change the CPU too (is it possible to change the CPU ? )

I am having the same problem lately, however I am upgrading my Vostro 230s to a HTPC and a basic game PC. VOSTRO 230 Core2Duo/ 2x2.93GHz/ 4GB/ 320GB WIN7
I have already upgraded 4 GB of RAM to CRUCIAL Ballisix Sport 8GB kit 2x4GB and it runs great.
My GPU was a integrated one so some time ago I went for GEFORCE 310 512MB DDR2 - this gave me HDMI output and a smooth movie player capabilities.
Now I am waiting for Geforce Gt 610 2048MB DDR3 - this will be another upgrade (DX 11, and better game FPS - please note I am only playing some really old games), plus it seems that GF 610 has a TDP of 29W and GF 310 is supposed to have TDP 30,5W.
Finally I have decided to buy Q9550 CPU (TDP 95W) and I think I will have a big problem with PSU (original DELL 240W PSU installed in Vostro 230S). As I will get the CPU end of this week and I am going on my holiday I will have to test it when I come back.
But answering your question:
- CPU - if you change to Quad core like 9550 or 9650 you would meet the game requirements,
- RAM - if you upgrade to 4GB or 8GB - you would meet the requirements.
- GPU - even if you upgrade to GF 610 it would still not be enough for Dark Souls 3.
Luckily you have a MiniTower case, so if you buy GF 750 Ti (which should run on your Vostro 230) then after all upgrades you should be able to play the game.

@SpeedStep: I agree that E7500 CPU does not meet the game requirements, but please keep in mind that I have mentioned switching the CPU to QUAD Core. To confirm that Q9550 or Q9650 CPUs should manage the game please check (www.cpubenchmark.net/mid_range_cpus.html) where i3-2100 is BELOW C2Q CPUs. Of course FX 6300 (with its 6 cores) is performing much better, but this does not mean that Quad Core 9xxx will not handle the game.
I am limited with GPU (I do not have GTX 750Ti to confirm it) but I am pretty sure Dark SOuls 3 would start. Within few days I will start my Q9550 in Dell Vostro 203s and if the PSU will handle and MoBo won't burn I might be ale to try to run the game. Just need to get the Demo at least for testing.
I will let you all know if I succed.
