02/08/0 error allocating mem bar to pci device

I have a Dimension 4600. When I turned it on last it said to insert the restore disk, when I inserted it I couldn't restore, just told me to exit at DOS prompt. So, I decided to just reinstall XP. When I ran the reinstallation it ran great up until the save settings (5 min left of the installation after rebooting). I also noticed that I was getting this error when I started it up before attempting the installation disk. 02/08/0 error allocating mem bar to pci device and it has yet to go away.
