Ati Radeon 9800

I have noticed lately  that when viewing full screen I am getting like "glitches" in the movie where it looks choppy abit and does it always when using the Tv Out to watch movies, is there any fix to this or is there something wrong with my video card? It's really annoying if someone could help me out that would be great!

Thanks

ha I speak english and I am horrible with it lol, anyway sound card is on bottom of PCI card and video Agp of course is on top so ther's 2 or 3 pci's between the sound and video, as well there's 1 spacer missing in between or plate that covers the opening where a cable would connect cause dell didn't send me  one so should be getting suffice air, what dells policies on defective products? Exchange send it in for repair?

Hi Chizzer.

Look at the back of your PC. Is the soundcard installed directly under graphicboard? Try this:

Your ATI might overheat because of poor cooling. Move the soundcard one PCI-slot away, so the fan can blow much more air over the cooler. (You might reinstal the driver of the soundcard).
