Hello does anyone know if you can upgrade the Video card on the Dimension B110? Anyone have issues with certain cards?  Thanks!

You can upgrade it but you're limited to standard PCI. PCI Express and AGP won't work. From what I know, the PCI versions of some ATI cards have caused issues working in some Dells. The GeForce6200 would be the best you can get for PCI, and if you can't find that, the GeForceFX 5500 would be next.

Bob is correct.  However the 6200 and FX5500 are getting hard to find again.
 
You may have settle for the FX5200 or the uber expensive X1300 pci as seen here:
