Bluetooth connection problems

Hi, 

I'm using OptiPlex 3040; Win7 SP1 64 bit; 

I'm trying to connect my BT headset (Beoplay H9) using the built-in Bluetooth, and every time I'm trying I get an error.

I've tried to get a BT dongle, connect it and got errors when trying to install the drivers.

I've tried a different computer (same model) and all worked perfectly.

please help,
