Dear Sir/Madam
During start up, the LED indicator shows the following screenshot which I have attached.Please someone who can help me?

The pattern you show is not listed. Sounds like its crashing after post.
Disconnect the data cable from hard drive, turn off, then restart.
The error should change. If it does not the whole thing is DEAD.
Bad Ram, Shorted USB. This is a conspiracy against you personally.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Have tried every option you mentioned. Replacing RAM, resetting power supply, unplugging any cable data, etc.
but same problem

I did what you said, it beep. What is next step?
Dear Bot. Unplug all wires including power.
Remove all cards.
Remove all ram.
Remove the hard drive.
Plug in ONLY power.
Turn on.
It should beep.

If it Beeps then it should be No Ram Error on the diagnostic Lights.
Unplug and put 1 ram stick back in but DO NOT connect the hard drive.
It should change errors on the front panel.
When you enter the or keystroke correctly, the computer beeps. The key sequence invokes the Boot Device Menu
