Dell-Chris_M Please help with a configuration question Inspiron 530 Desktop

I have for 3 days been trying to get an answer from Dell as to why I cannot configure an Inspiron 530 Desktop with 2 optical drives and a floppy disk drive on your website. Yet if I configure this same system with 2 optical drives and a media card reader all is fine? This system has 4 sata ports on the board as well as a floppy disk controller on it. What could possibly be the reason why this cannot be configured? If I configure with 1 optical drive then the floppy selection works? I have called Dell and spoken to 3 different sales reps with no answer, 1 rep was supposed to get back to me and never did. I appreciate any help or at least an explanation. Thanks Chris!
