Dell Dimension 4600 - ATI x1600 PRO 512mb

Hi Everyone!

 

I've heard many horror stories about the ATI x1600 PRO 512mb AGP video card giving Dell systems problems.  However, I was told it was compatible with the Dimension 4600 series.  I updated the Dell Bios to A12 and installed the ATI x1600 card and it seems as everything works just fine.  However, as I click around in windows I'm getting 2 green lines that follow my cursor. 

 

These lines seem to go away as they please and come back at their own will.  I have updated all the drivers for the card, the system bios, and chipset drivers.

 

System Specs:

 

Dell Dimension 4600

Upgraded PSU to 400W

3.06GHZ Pentium 4 w/ HT

2gb of PC3200 Memory

100gb WD 7200RPM Hardrive

160gb Seagate 7200 RPM Hardrive

ATI x1600 PRO (AGP) <- if the thing working properly

 

Can anyone help me resolve this situation?  Anyone having the same problem?
